Not only that, she opened them up for me and let me try a few. They are really crunchy, a mix between a chip and a cracker. They provide a little salty flavor, but it is not overpowering at all. It is just perfect. And, while they taste great alone, I picked up a jar of their garlic salsa and had a few with my lunch (chicken breast). They are wonderful!
The label says "thin" and "mini" which probably equate a picture of very small slithers about as big around as a cheerio. Wrong! These are very thin (which is probably why they are crunchy) but they are bigger around in size than I thought they would be. Not as thick as a Triscuit, but probably as big in diameter.
You should give them a try. They actually remind me of those sea salt rice chips that we were discussing a few weeks ago. And, you could toss some of these on a platter at a party not just for your guests, but you could enjoy a few with some salsa or hummus as well!

Do you ever just want to feel "normal" and eat a food with a snacky crunch? Trader Joe's Savory Thin Mini Edamame Crackers is a healthy alternative!I asked the lady who worked in Trader Joe's behind the sample counter, "Have you tried these before?" And she said yes and she liked them very much. As a matter of fact, I originally asked about another type of chip which stats were not as good. She said out of both, she preferred the edamame crackers.
