There are individuals who do not like to order off the internet for whatever reason. There are people who just simply would rather have instant gratification by purchasing it in the store and taking the product home with them. For me, sometimes I would rather try a product one time just to make sure I'm not stuck with a mass amount of products that I hate! Anyway, it got me to thinking... why not provide a list of items that you can buy locally, and where it can be purchased... So here is my list.
- Almond flour - Kroger has Bob's Red Mill (approx $10.50) and Trader Joe's has their own brand (much cheaper, approx. $4)
- Atkins - low carb products are available at almost every grocery store including Kroger, Publix, Walmart. I was a protein snob for too long and overlooked these products. I gave them another try several months ago and they are wonderful, plus you don't have to pay shipping!
- Bear Naked Granola - Kroger, Publix, Walmart (sometimes Big Lots for 2.80)

Big Lots has some great wls friendly stuff also (recently they had Dreamfields pasta of all varieties for just $1.50 each. That is half off the normal store price).
